Gas Leak Detection and Repair
If you smell gas — or your gas meter is running when no appliances are on — you have a leak. Gas leaks range from minor appliance connection faults to underground pipe deterioration. We use electronic gas detection equipment to locate leaks accurately without unnecessary excavation, then carry out a compliant repair.
🚨 If you smell gas: Do not use light switches or electrical appliances. Extinguish any naked flames. Evacuate the building and call us from outside. Do not re-enter until the property has been inspected and cleared.
Gas Compliance Certificates
Property sales, rental inspections and insurance claims sometimes require a gas compliance certificate (also called a gas compliance plate or certificate of compliance). We issue compliance certificates for all gas work we carry out, and can also conduct standalone compliance inspections of existing gas installations.
LPG Gas Fitting
Properties in areas of Newcastle and the Hunter region not connected to the natural gas network use LPG (bottled gas). We carry out all LPG gas fitting work including cylinder connections, regulator replacement, line installation and appliance connection. We service areas including parts of Lake Macquarie, Cessnock, Maitland outskirts and Nelson Bay where natural gas isn't available.
